What is an SDT file?

Audio archive file used by older games published by Electronic Arts, including Dungeon Keeper 2 (DK2), Theme Park World, and the Formula One (F1) series games; contains a collection of compressed audio files, which may be stored in an MPEG-2 format.

SDT files are used for storing game sounds, such as background music and sound effects. Some programs, such as Dragon UnPACKer and MAStudio 2002, can open and extract audio content from SDT files.
