Google Drive is a web storage service that allows you to view various file types. You can upload any type of file and create, edit, save, and convert office file formats with the Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides programs.

Drive is available for free for anyone with a Google account. Each user is given 15 GB of storage for free with the option to upgrade to more storage space. After uploading your files to Drive, you can organize them into folders and choose to share the documents with others with read-only or read/write permissions.

Drive comes with several tools for creating and editing Office file types. Google Docs is used for viewing and editing documents, Google Sheets is used for viewing and editing spreadsheets, and Google Slides is used for viewing and editing presentations. Some of the popular file formats supported by these tools include .DOCX, .ODT, .PPTX, .PDF, .PNG, .JPG, .XLSX, .CSV, and .TXT. Drive also allows multiple users to collaboratively work on files at the same time, which is helpful for team projects such as reports or presentations.

You can also install the Google Drive app on your Android or iOS device. This allows you to view and edit files in Google Drive from your device, as well as upload and download files from and to your device.

Google Drive is a great assistant for users looking to store files on the web and remotely collaborate with others. Its integration with other Google features, such as Gmail and Google Photos, makes it even more useful for organizing important files. If you are looking for a reliable cloud-storage and document collaboration tool, you should try Google Drive.
