An SKTZ file is a layered drawing created by Sony Sketch, a discontinued drawing app that was available on Android and iOS. SKTZ files are renamed .ZIP archives that store several files inside that describe the drawing project. The files include .JSON and .XML files that store layer and project metadata, along with .JPG and .PNG files that represent the actual image content of each layer. SKTZファイルの開き方
You can open an SKTZ file with Sony Sketch (Android, iOS). While Sony Sketch is no longer listed in Google Play or the App Store, you can still install it on Android devices by downloading it from a reputable APK mirror site (such as APKMirror).
