An SKTZ file is a layered drawing created by Sony Sketch, a discontinued drawing app that was available on Android and iOS. You can open an SKTZ file with Sony Sketch (Android, iOS). While Sony Sketch is no longer listed in Google Play or the App Store, you can still install it on Android devices by downloading it from a reputable APK mirror site (such as APKMirror).
