- Place your VDI file in VirtualBox's HardDisks directory.

- When asked to provide a hard disk image, select Use existing hard disk. Then, select the folder icon.
- In the Virtual Media Manager window, select Add. Then, select your VDI file.
- Finish creating your virtual machine.
