To create a SKETCHPAD file in Sketchpad, select the "Export" floppy disk icon and click "Save Sketchpad" in the menu. You can also save an image in Sketchpad as a .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF, or .SVG file. To open a SKETCHPAD file in Sketchpad, select the "Import" folder icon.
