An ESLOCK file is an encrypted file created by ES File Explorer File Manager, an Android file management app. It contains another file, such as a .JPG photo, .MP4 video, or .DOCX document, that a user chose to lock within the app to restrict access. ES File Explorer applies encryption and changes the extension of the file to .eslock so other apps or standard file viewers cannot read the contents.
