A C67 file is an audio module created by Composer 670 (aka CDFM), a music tracker for MS-DOS. It contains note patterns (likely divided among multiple audio channels) and sound samples used to emulate various instruments. While Composer 670 is obsolete, some modern music trackers can still open C67 files.

Composer 670 was a music tracker developed and most famously used by the demo group Renaissance, to create music for the video games Zone 66 and Amnesia. It was based on and combined features of the Composer 667 and Composer 669 music trackers.
Audio modules created using Composer 670 are saved as C67 files. Each C67 file can consist of up to 13 audio channels (4 sample channels and 9 FM channels). It also stores the instrument audio samples used to play the song it contains.
C67ファイルの開き方
You can open a C67 file with OpenMPT (Windows) or Vitamin/CAIG ZXTune (multiplatform). In OpenMPT, you can play, edit, and convert the song a C67 file contains. In Vitamin/CAIG ZXTune, you can play the song a C67 file contains.
While you can also open a C67 file with Composer 670, note that you'll likely have to run the program in an MS-DOS emulator, such as DosBox.
