WDF files are typically found in the %windir%\​system32\​drivers directory. Examples of WDF files include MsftWdf_user_01_09_00.Wdf, MsftWdf_Kernel_01009_Coinstaller_Critical.Wdf, and Msft_Kernel_WdfRamdisk_01009.Wdf.
