WordPerfect is available with the Corel WordPerfect office suite, which is similar to Microsoft Office. You can use the WordPerfect word processor to author various documents, such as essays, invitations, flyers, resumes, and newsletters.

WCM files come packaged with WordPerfect. Some examples include counting all of the instances of a word or phrase in a document, converting endnotes to footnotes, and printing all open documents in the application. To view included WCM files, select Tools → Macro → Macro Manager.

注: You can also create/record WCM files with WordPerfect by selecting Tools → Macro → Record....

如何打开 WCM 文件

You can open WCM files with Corel WordPerfect (Windows), which is included with the Corel WordPerfect Office suite, along with the Quattro Pro and Presentations programs.

To open a WCM file with WordPerfect, select File → Open.... You can also select Tools → Macro → Play..., choose the WCM file, then click Play to run the WCM macro. Or, you can select Tools → Macro → Edit..., choose the WCM file, then click Edit to edit the WCM macro.

A WCM file is a modem communication script used by Microsoft Works, a discontinued productivity suite for Windows. Works uses WCM files to establish a dial-up connection to the internet.

If you want to view the script your WCM file contains, you can open it in Microsoft Notepad or any other text editor.

If you still have access to Microsoft Works, and you have a dial-up modem, you can use your WCM file to connect Microsoft Works to the internet. However, because Works is discontinued and dial-up modems are uncommon, you likely won't need or want to use your WCM file this way.
