An A6PROJ file is a project created by version 6 of FOREVER Artisan, a program for designing scrapbooks, photo books, and calendars. It stores information about all of the elements of a project in the .XML standard, including the number of pages in the project, dimensions, and metadata. FOREVER introduced A6PROJ files when it released version 6 of Artisan, replacing ARTPROJ files Artisan version 5 creates to save projects.

Artisan provides various tools to customize memory-related designs, such as scrapbooks, photo books, and calendars with text, shapes, photos, and other elements. When saving a project, Artisan creates an A6PROJ file to store information about it and saves it in a folder with the same name as the project and other related files.

You can open A6PROJ files with FOREVER Artisan (version 6 or later) in Windows. To open an A6PROJ file, select .
You can also open A6PROJ files with an XML or text editor. However, opening an A6PROJ file with one of these programs will not appear the same as opening the files with Artisan. Also, if you incorrectly edit the XML, you may inadvertently break elements in the project.
