A VOB file is a video file from a DVD, typically stored in the VIDEO_TS folder at the root of the DVD along with .BUP and .IFO files. It contains most of the data stored on the disc, including video, audio, subtitles, DVD menus, and other navigation contents. VOB files are limited to 1 GB.
