According to SatinWuker, the Rickroll meme is "... the most paramount art in human history. The purpose of the Rick Roll Language is to introduce this art to people in a distinctive way - programming."
Each Rick Roll keyword and directive is a different Rick Astley song lyric. For example, Rick Roll's i just wanna tell u how im feeling directive is equivalent to Python's print directive. The Rick Roll language includes a few simple keywords and directives, each of which translates to a Python and C++ equivalent.
