SPS speaker definitions are declared within speakerDef { ... } blocks, which contain the properties for the sound. SPS files are typically located in the /sound/maps/ directory of a .PK3 game archive.
NOTA: Since SPS files contain plain text, they can be created or modified with any text editor. They also sometimes can be created with in-game editors, such as the Speaker Editor within Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory.
