An INC file is a settings file used by Ghisler Total Commander, a file manager for Windows. It contains plain text data that defines how Total Commander functions and appears. Total Commander contains two INC files, totalcmd.inc and wcmicons.inc. Neither file is meant to be manually opened or edited.

Total Commander is a Windows File Explorer alternative that allows users to locate, copy, move, delete, pack, unpack, and compare files. Total Commander users can choose from a number of configuration options that determine how the program looks and functions. To access these options, users select from Total Commander's menu bar.
The settings a user selects in Total Commander's Configuration window are saved to the program's two INC files. Totalcmd.inc contains a record of almost all of a user's configuration settings, except their toolbar icon settings. Those settings are saved in wcmicons.inc.
