An HPS file is an audio file used by a Nintendo GameCube video game, such as Super Smash Bros. Melee, FIFA World Cup, or Lost Kingdoms. It contains either music or a sound effect played in the game. HPS files are compressed using Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation (ADPCM).
