What is a UIBAK file?
Backup of an .ISO disk image saved with UltraISO; may be used to recover a disk image if the original file becomes corrupted or is deleted; typically named "[filename].iso.uibak" and can be opened by removing the "uibak" part of the extension.

UIBAK files may be created automatically, depending on the program's settings. To change UltraISO's backup configuration, first select Options→Configuration, then click the "Save" tab to view the file saving options.
