What is a THX file?
A THX file is an audio file created by the THX music tracker, which was available for the Commodore Amiga. It contains synthesized music. THX files are similar to .MIDI files but can also include audio samples.

For legal reasons, the THX application was renamed to .AHX (Abyss' Highest eXperience). At the same time, the THX format was renamed to the AXH format.
