What is an EBABACKUP file?
An EBABACKUP file is a backup file created by EBA Command Center Professional or Enterprise Edition. It contains commands and other data that can be imported into EBA Command Center. EBABACKUP files can be created only by EBA Command Center Professional and Enterprise Edition users (using the application's backup command), but can be imported by any EBA Command Center user.
More Information
EBA Command Center is a Windows application that allows users to create command-based shortcuts to files and websites, as well as execute simple system commands. After installing the program, which is contained in a .VBS script, users can create commands by entering config → cmd → new in EBA Command Center's text box.
In EBA Command Center 8 and later versions, users can back up commands and other data in EBABACKUP files. These files are similar to .EBAIMPORT files, except that they are Zip-compressed files that can contain multiple commands.
NOTE: EBA Command Center is discontinued and no longer available.
How to open an EBABACKUP file
To use an EBABACKUP file to import data into EBA Command Center, open the program, enter the import command, and follow the prompts that appear on-screen. If you want to decompress an EBABACKUP file and examine its contents before using it with EBA Command Center, you can do so using any Zip decompression utility. You may have to change the file's extension to .zip to decompress it.
