A T2000 file is a settings file used by the Theseus2000 network diagnostics suite for Windows. It contains plain text data that Theseus2000 uses to load a user's settings. Theseus2000 uses two primary T2000 files, settings.t2000 and twiauth.t2000.

Theseus2000 allows users to diagnose and troubleshoot networking- and Internet-related problems. For example, if a user is encountering slow data transfer speeds, they can use Theseus2000 to test their Internet connection's upload and download speeds.
When a user launches Theseus2000, the program creates a file named settings.t2000. This contains the user's Theseus2000 settings. To adjust their settings, users can use the Settings option available on Theseus2000's main menu.
If a user chooses to connect their Twitter account to Theseus2000 (using the option available in the program's Settings menu), Theseus2000 will create a file named twiauth.t2000. This file contains Twitter access token data that Twitter uses to authenticate Theseus2000.
