An ABS file is a database file created by Absolute Database, a database engine for the Delphi software development IDE. You can create an ABS database using the DBManager utility included with the Absolute DB installation set, which is located in the following directory:
\AbsoluteDatabase\Ultils\Bin\
You can also create an ABS database from your application using the CreateDatabase method of the TABSDatabase component.
