A TTX file is a translated document generated by Trados translation software. It includes tags that define the text formatting and structure of the page. TTX files can be created from .HTML, .JSP, .ASP, .XSL, .XML, .SGML, .RTF, and .DOC documents, as well as several other file types.

TTX files are technically referred to as TradosTag files. They can be viewed with Trados TagEditor or from within a web browser with the TRADOStag Viewer plug-in.
