An RW8 file is a website project created by version 8 of Realmac RapidWeaver, a macOS website development application. Realmac Software replaced RW8 files with .RWC files when it released RapidWeaver Classic (version 9).

如何打开 RW8 文件
You can open RW8 files with RapidWeaver Classic, which imports the project and saves a converted copy as an RWC file for continued editing. To open an RW8 file with RapidWeaver Classic, select File → Open. After opening the project, you can edit pages, update themes, preview the site, and publish the finished website.
You can also open RW8 files with Realmac RapidWeaver 8. However, it is discontinued.
