An NSA file is a digital notebook created by the Android version of Fluid Touch Noteshelf, a note-taking app. It contains one or more pages of notes, which may consist of text, charts, images, and annotations. NSA files are used to back up and share Noteshelf for Android notes.

Students, office workers, and others can use Noteshelf to type and annotate notes. These notes can contain text of different fonts, sizes, and colors, highlighting and underlining, diagrams, drawings, and other graphics. Notes are saved in Noteshelf notebooks.

Optionally, users can export a notebook they've created (or select pages from that notebook), to back up their notes or share them with another Noteshelf user. By default, the Android version of Noteshelf exports notebooks in its native NSA file format. Users can also export notebooks as .PDF or .PNG files.

If a user has connected Noteshelf for Android to a cloud storage service, such as Google Drive, the app automatically backs up notebooks as NSA files in the user's cloud storage.

NOTA: Only the Android version of Noteshelf creates and can open NSA files.

You can open an NSA file with the Android version of Fluid Touch Noteshelf. Other versions of Noteshelf cannot open NSA files.

You can use Noteshelf for Android to convert NSA files to the .PDF (Portable Document Format) or .PNG (Portable Network Graphic) format. To do so, use the Share feature to export your notebook in the PDF or PNG format.
