Wat is een BBCDX-bestand?
A BBCDX file is a CAD design created by BobCAD-CAM, a CAD and CAM application for Windows. It stores a manufacturing part design and its information, similar to a .BBCD file, but BobCAD-CAM users save designs in the BBCDX format to transfer them between BobCAD-CAM and the Dassault Systemes SolidWorks and Rhino apps using the BobCAM plugins.

BobCAD-CAM software provides CAD and CAM features for Mill, Mill Turn, Lathe, Router, Waterjet, Plasma, Laser, and Wire EDM machines. Various users, from advanced aerospace engineers to amateur hobbyists, use the software to design and manufacture parts.
To create a BBCDX file, select File → New, modify the file, then select File → Save or Save as and choose the BBCDX format from the "Save as type" dropdown menu.

You can open BBCDX files with BobCAD-CAM in Windows. For example, to open a BBCDX file with BobCAD-CAM, select File → Open.
SolidWorks and Rhino programs with the BobCAM for SolidWorks and BobCAM for Rhino plugins also support BBCDX files. These utilities support all the information in the BBCDX format except the geometry.
