A PEC file is a PhiEdit chart file used by Re:PhiEdit (version 1.5 and earlier), a community-developed chart editor for the rhythm game Phigros. The PEC format was primarily used in older versions of Re:PhiEdit, before the editor introduced the newer .PEZ format. Because of this, PEC files are obscure, now mainly encountered in legacy projects or older community chart distributions.
