NFS 파일이란 무엇인가요?
An NFS file is a subtitle file created by the Netflix streaming app, which is available for Android and iOS. It contains subtitles for a movie or show downloaded through the app. NFS files are used for offline viewing, a feature launched in December 2016, which allows you to watch movies or shows when not connected to the Internet.

Netflix is a streaming service that provides a wide variety of movies and shows, including TV shows that are no longer airing and new Netflix original content. Most titles on Netflix are available for download although some are excluded. If a title can be downloaded it has a download icon next to the name. You can search for downloadable titles by selecting "Available for Download" from the Netflix menu. Tap the download icon to begin the download then navigate to the "My Downloads" section of the app to access the downloaded movie or show.
When you choose a movie or TV to download to your device, the Netflix app downloads and saves the NFS file to your device in a folder along with several other files, including the .MANIFEST, .NFV, .NFI, and .NFA files. You most likely will never see the NFS file since the subtitles will automatically be played with the video directly in the Netflix app.
If you want to delete a movie or show you downloaded to your Android device tap the menu icon in the app, select "My Downloads", tap the pencil edit icon in the upper right corner, and tap the red "X" icon to delete the title.
If you want to delete a movie or show you downloaded to your iOS device tap the menu icon in the app, select "My Downloads", tap "Edit", and select the red "X" icon to delete the title.
참고: In order to download Netflix content on your Android or iOS app you need to have Android 4.4.2 or later or iOS 8.0 or later. You will also need the latest version of the Netflix app.

File created by Network File System, a protocol that allows files to be accessed over a network; contains either a temporary copy of a file that is opened by an NFS process, or a copy of a file that was deleted while still open by an NFS process; enables the client and file server processes to communicate file information.

If a file delete request is sent to a file on an NFS server while an NFS client still has the file open, NFS will create a file with the ".nfsX" extension, where "X" can be any number of characters. This allows the NFS server to maintain the file until all dependent processes on the file have been terminated.
If a client crashes while it has an NFS file open, the NFS file may remain on the server. Some system administrators set scheduled jobs to remove such files after they have not been used for a certain time period.
참고: NFS files rarely have the exact ".nfs" file extension since NFS appends other characters to the end of the extension.
