PAPERSファイルとは？
A PAPERS file is a library of paper textures or "grains" created by Corel Painter, an application used to illustrate digital artwork and edit photos. PAPERSファイルの開き方
While Corel replaced the PAPERS format, you can still open a PAPERS file with Corel Painter. For example, to open a PAPERS file, select Window → Media Panels → Papers, click the "Manage Libraries" icon, then select Import Legacy Paper Library.
