LANsurveyor allows IT professionals to manage networks, including their performance, connected nodes, and security threats. One of the LANsurveyor's features is a poll list, which tracks the appearance and disappearance of nodes connected to the network, along with statistics on their performance. NOTA: Neon Software originally developed LANsurveyor, but SolarWinds acquired Neon Software in 2007. SolarWinds then discontinued LANsurveyor and replaced it with Network Topology Mapper.
