Che cos'è un file KSD?
Sound file created by Native Instruments Massive, a program (DAW) that enables you to create and edit "massive" sounds such as deep, punchy bass lines; contains a preset or user-created sound with different settings for filters, amps, fx, noise, oscillators, and more; replaced by the .NMSV file in Massive version 1.3.

You can only create and save the KSD file in Massive 1.2 or earlier. Select File → Save or Save As..., name the file, choose the save location, and click Save.
To open the KSD file in Massive 1.2 or earlier, select File → Open Sound..., choose your NMSV file, and click Open.
In Massive 1.3 and later, you can still open the KSD file, select File → Import KSD Sound..., choose your KSD file, and click Open.
If you're upgrading to Massive 1.3 or later and have many KSD files, you can choose the batch convert option to speed up the process. Select File → KSD Batch Convert..., choose yor folder of KSD files you'd like to convert, and click OK.

Security file created by KeepSafe, a mobile application that enables you to "lock" or "hide" your images and video; contains a video or image that is hidden from the user until the appropriate pin is entered.

Locked files are contained in the following directory:
KeepSafe\Documents\Media\[Album Name - default album is Safe Roll]
After you choose a video or image to be hidden, KeepSafe appends a string of numbers preceding the filename and the KSD extension on to the end of the file. The extension hides the file from being recognized as the file it really is, such as a .JPG file, and prevents the device from showing the file.
For example, KeepSafe may save an image file as 4743615774357373042.IMG_1247.JPG.KSD. The "4743615774357373042" is a random string of numbers generated by KeepSafe and "KSD" is the extension added by the program.
NOTA: The KSD extension replaced the .HID extension in 2013.
