What is a SUBLIME-THEME file?
Settings file used by Sublime Text, an open source text editor mainly used to edit source code; contains information in JSON format that describes the appearance of the interface; includes button placement, font size, and button texture.

Sublime Text comes with a default theme located in the /Packages/Theme - Default directory. You can access the default theme through the application menu by selecting Preferences → Browse Packages....
NOTE: For interface color schemes, Sublime Text uses the .TMTHEME file extension.
