What is a SEA file?
Compressed file archive that uncompresses itself when opened; often created with StuffIt SEA Maker, part of Stuffit Deluxe for Mac OS X; may also be created by various Mac OS Classic utilities, including StuffIt, Disk Doubler, or Compact Pro.
Some SEA archives created in Mac OS 9 or earlier may not open automatically in Mac OS X. If that happens, use StuffIt Expander (a free download) to open the SEA file.
NOTE: If you can't open an SEA file in Windows with StuffIt, try changing the file extension to ".sit" first and then opening it.
