What is an MNM file?
Contains names of markers in a 3D biped character along with their associated location; used by Character Studio, which is part of the 3ds Max animation program.

BVH files are formatted using a standard syntax that includes two columns of data. The biped's known joint names are stored in the left column and custom joint names (saved in a .BVH file) are stored in the the corresponding right column.
