JetForm FormFlow and Accelio developed the FPK file format before Adobe acquired the software. Subsequently, Adobe discontinued the use of FPK files in favor of the .PDF format for form documents.
Before JetForm FormFlow was discontinued, users typically found FPK files in organizations where digital form processing was common. The software let users design forms that captured data electronically, significantly reducing the need for paper forms.
How to open an FPK file
You can open FPK files with Adobe LiveCycle, but the program is no longer developed. If you have access to an older version of JetForm FormFlow, you can also open FPK files with the app, but it is also discontinued.
