What is a B5I file?
A B5I file is a disc image created by VSO Software BlindWrite 5, a program used to make backup copies of DVDs and CDs. It contains a complete copy of the data from an optical disc, including the file structure and content. B5I files store data in a binary format that BlindWrite 5 can recreate as a physical or virtual disc.
More Information
B5I files are often accompanied by a .B5T file, which contains track and session information for the disc. While the B5I file contains the actual data copied from the CD or DVD, such as music, software, or other content, the B5T file helps software interpret how that data is organized. Together, these files allow users to make accurate copies of their original discs.
How to open a B5I file
You can open B5I files with VSO Software BlindWrite (version 5 and later), by selecting the Write or Burn option in Windows. HH Software Virtual CD, Smart Projects IsoBuster, and EZB Systems UltraISO also support the B5I format.
