TLL files can be exported from an LG TV to a USB flash drive. The data from the flash drive can then be imported and edited on a PC. The modified TLL file can then be imported from the flash drive to the TV.
TLL files can also be transferred to and from an LG TV using a link loader device such as the TLL-1100A TV Link Loader.
