An RPGMVO file is an .OGG audio file that has been encrypted by RPG Maker MV, a program used to create role-playing games (RPG). It contains an OGG audio file that is played in the game as narration, background music or a sound effect. RPGMVM files are encrypted by RPG Maker MV when deploying a project as an executable package to be played by other users.

When creating a game in RPG Maker MV, you may use OGG audio for different elements of the game. When the project is deployed, the audio files are encrypted and placed in the game directory:
Documents\<Game Title>\www\audio\
The audio files are encrypted to protect against modification and are not meant to be manually opened. However, you can decrypt RPGMVM files using Petschkos RPG-Maker MV-File Decrypter.
注: .M4A files may also be used for audio in the RPG Maker MV game. They are encrypted as .RPGMVM files by RPG Maker MV.
