An OBL file is a paintbrush used by openCanvas, a drawing and painting application. It contains a brush, which stores an image that can be repeatedly painted on the canvas in openCanvas.

openCanvas is an application designed for beginners and advanced users to create digital artwork, especially anime, with paintbrushes. The software comes packaged with brushes, but users may also install custom-made brushes.
To access brushes in openCanvas, select Window → Brushes. You can find OBL brush files packaged with openCanvas in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\portalgraphics\openCanvas\preset
如何打开 OBL 文件
OBL files are not meant to be opened by a user. Instead, openCanvas references OBL files. To install a brush in openCanvas, place the OBL file in the "preset" folder in the openCanvas installation directory.
