A file with the .eiur extension has been maliciously encrypted by EIUR ransomware. Because it is encrypted, you cannot open it. There is no way to restore EIUR files to their original state.

Ransomware is a form of malware that encrypts users' files and holds them for ransom. EIUR ransomware encrypts a user's documents, images, and videos, appends the .eiur extension to the encrypted files, and produces a ransom note named _readme.txt in every affected folder. The ransom note contains instructions users can supposedly follow to decrypt their files.

Ransomware is most commonly distributed in programs that appear to be legitimate but are actually adware and malware bundles. If you recently downloaded and installed an unverified program, that may be how your computer became infected by EIUR ransomware.

Because EIUR files are encrypted, you cannot open them. Currently, there is no way to decrypt EIUR files.
To recover your files, you should retrieve them from a recent backup or perform a System Restore. Note that performing a System Restore will cause you to lose any files created since your last restore point. You may want to back up uninfected files before performing a System Restore.
