Application support file used by software programs deployed by ClickOnce, a Microsoft technology allowing Windows programs to be run by clicking a link in a webpage; contains properties that are used for running the application.

A CDF-MS file contains the compiled version of a .MANIFEST file, allowing faster parsing of configuration parameters in the manifest. CDF-MS files store parameters such as the application name, version, description, deployment options, and dependencies. See also .APPLICATION for the deployment manifest description.
注: You shouldn't try to manually modify or delete CDF-MS files since it can cause ClickOnce applications to malfunction.
