Software Overview

IMSI TurboFloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape is a home design application used to create 2D/3D home and landscape layouts. It is available in Deluxe and Pro versions, with the Pro version providing more features but costing more than the Deluxe version. IMSI also develops a Windows version of the software.

TurboFloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape features a tabbed interface made up of Foundation, Floor, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, HVAC, Deck, Landscape, Detail, and Framing tabs. Each tab provides a set of elements unique to each category and allows you to view the elements in your design that only pertain to the specific tab. When you select an element, such as foundation pier, electrical outlet, door, air duct, or fence, you can insert it into your design.

TurboFloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape uses the PRO file to store your home design and allows you to export it to the DXF and DWG formats. You can import DXF and DWG files into your design as well, along with Punch! 3D objects. The program also features a helpful training center that guides you through the design process.

TurboFloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape is commonly used by professionals for designing a home property but is friendly enough to novice users just getting into the design process. The software can be used to design every element of a house from the foundation to plumbing to the roof to the landscape. IMSI TurboFloorPlan 3D Home & Landscape provides a straight-forward experience that allows you to enjoy the process of designing your dream home.
