File created by Xojo, an IDE that allows users to develop cross-platform desktop and web applications; contains toolbar data in the default Xojo Project format; includes user-specified interfaces, ID information, and attributes.

Xojo toolbars can be saved in three different formats depending on the selected project format. The formats include: Project (text), Binary, and XML. You must have a product license in order to create the XOJO_TOOLBAR file.
To create the XOJO_TOOLBAR file, select Insert → Toolbar, and then name the toolbar. After you create the toolbar, select it from the left panel, then select File → Export [toolbar name]..., choose the save location, and click Save.
To import a XOJO_TOOLBAR, select File → Import..., navigate to the file, and click Import.
