Xojo projects can be saved in three different formats: Project (text), Binary, and XML. You must have a product license to create the XOJO_XML_PROJECT file. If you do not have a license, you will only be able to save in the binary format.
To create the XOJO_XML_PROJECT file, select File → New Project..., name the application, and click "OK." After you create the project, select File → Save As..., choose the save location, and click Save.
