Wat is een QPQD-bestand?
A QPQD file is a text document created by Scratchware QuidWriter, a simple word processor for Windows that is included with the QuidProQuo productivity suite. It contains text and formatting information, such as bold type, italics, page color, text font, and font sizes, in a format similar to the Rich Text Format (.RTF). Scratchware introduced QPQD files in 2024 as the default format for saving documents with QuidWriter, replacing .QUID files.

Scratchware initially released QuidWriter as QuidProQuo in 2020, which saved documents as QUID files by default. In March 2024, Scratchware renamed QuidProQuo as QuidWriter, which saves documents as QPQD files by default.
QuidWriter comes with various rich text features available via the menu. For example, you can modify the text font, size, and color. You can also highlight the text or import images into the document.
