An MTI file is an instrument used by MadTracker, a music tracker software for Windows. You can open MTI files with MadTracker and FMJ-Software Awave Studio in Windows. For example, you can open an MTI file via the Instrument Panel in MadTracker by right-clicking an empty instrument slot in the Instrument List and selecting Load Instrument... from the menu.
