DEVOS 파일이란 무엇인가요?
A file with the .devos extension has been renamed and encrypted by Devos ransomware. It contains a document, image, video, or other type of file the ransomware is holding hostage. These files' extensions also typically contain a user ID and the ransomware distributor's email address.
추가 정보
Like other types of ransomware, Devos ransomware maliciously encrypts a user's files to prevent the user from opening them. It then renames the encrypted files to use the .devos extension and produces ransom notes named info.hta and info.txt.
Usually, Devos ransomware also adds a user ID and email address to infected files' names. The email address that appears in infected files' names is the address users are meant to contact to pay a ransom and restore their files. Some newer versions of Devos, however, do not add an ID and email address to encrypted files' names.
How did my computer get infected by Devos ransomware?
Devos ransomware is most commonly distributed within malicious email attachments and programs that appear to be legitimate but are actually adware and malware bundles. If you recently opened an unknown email attachment or downloaded and installed an unverified program, that may be how your computer became infected by Devos ransomware.
DEVOS 파일을 여는 방법
Because DEVOS files are encrypted, you cannot open them. At this time, there is no way to decrypt DEVOS files. The best way to restore files encrypted by Devos ransomware is to retrieve them from a recent backup or perform a System Restore.
경고
FileInfo.com recommends you never pay a ransom to decrypt files encrypted by ransomware. Paying a ransom encourages ransomware distributors to continue their efforts, and there is no guarantee that paying a ransom will give you access to your files. Instead, you should restore your data from a recent backup created before the ransomware infected your computer.
