TMPROJファイルとは？
A TMPROJ file is a project file created by MacroMates TextMate, a macOS text editor that supports editing and syntax highlighting in many programming languages. It is saved in an XML format and contains references to project files. TMPROJ files also store the currently opened file, preferences, and editor window settings.

TextMate is a free text editor used to edit source code, write screenplays, run SQL queries, create blog entries, and more. The software was originally available for purchase but MacroMates made its source code available to developers in version 2 to allow them to modify the editor.
Before version 2 was released, TextMate supported TMPROJ files, which are used to organize source code files together in one project. However, support for TMPROJ files ended when TextMate 2 was released.
TMPROJファイルの開き方
You can open TMPROJ files with MacroMates TextMate (versions 1.5.11 and earlier). TextMate version 2.0 (and later versions) cannot open TMPROJ files.
