TAファイルとは？
A TA file is a firmware file created by Sony to flash updates to select Sony devices, such as Xperia devices. It contains firmware that is flashed on to a Sony device to update the operating system (OS). TA files may be used to flash updates and repairs to a device.

You can create .FTF files from TA files for various devices using Sony Mobile Flasher. Select Tools → Bundles → Bundler, choose the TA file(s), and click Create.
