PPTHTMLファイルとは？
A PPTHTML file is an HTML version of a .PPT file created with Microsoft PowerPoint, a program used for creating presentations. Microsoft PowerPoint no longer supports the PPTHTML format. Instead of saving documents as PPTHTML files, you can share presentations online by selecting Slide Show → Present Online in PowerPoint 365. This option allows you to publish your presentation online where others can view it in a web browser.

Unfortunately, there are no known applications that fully support the PPTHTML format since Microsoft PowerPoint dropped support for it.
