A PMT file is a material file used by various games built with the Pixel Tales engine, including Star Stable Online. It contains material definitions that the Pixel Tales game engine applies to 3D models to control how 3D surfaces appear in the game. PMT materials determine properties such as texture references, shading behavior, surface colors, and lighting response.
詳細情報
Rather than containing the 3D geometry itself, a PMT file references texture files and defines rendering settings that affect how a .PME mesh is displayed. For example, a PMT file may specify which texture image to use, whether the surface is reflective, or how it reacts to light sources. The engine reads these files at runtime to ensure that objects and characters display correctly within the game world.
注: Pixel Tales initially developed the Pixel Tales engine until Star Stable Entertainment acquired the company in 2015.
PMTファイルの開き方
PMT files are not meant to be opened. Instead, the game loads them automatically as part of its asset system. If you attempt to modify the files, keep in mind that they are part of commercial game assets, which means extracting or modifying them may violate the game's terms of service.
